HOW DO I APPLY THE NAILS AND HOW CAN I BE SURE THEY WILL FIT?
In each Baddie Kit, we send a total of 20 nails in various sizes so that you can find the perfect fit for each nail. If you would prefer to use a Sizing Kit, select the Custom Sizing option when ordering your set. If a Sizing Kit is ordered, we ship it out the next business day and once your sizes are received we begin your set(s). In Custom Sized orders, you receive a total of 15 nails (1 full set, and 5 backup nails).
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?

General Sets Shipping Process

After your order is received nail sets are shipped within 4 business days after order is confirmed. Tracking information is made available as soon as the order is shipped.

Full Custom Shipping Process ​

Once the Sizing Kit is sent and nail sizes are received, completed sets are shipped within 4-6 business days, depending on the design of each set. Extra time is requested in case the order requires gathering specific supplies and/or the design is very detailed. Orders are shipped on day of completion and tracking info is provided at that time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Baddie Guarantee: If you receive your set(s), and are unsatisfied with the quality, you may return the kit for a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, nails must be unused and free of any residue or debris. The amount paid will be sent back to the original method of payment upon our receipt and inspection of your return (within 1 day of order arrival).

Mind Changes: If you ordered your set, and see another you would like instead, send the original set back to us and we’ll replace it with the new one. This does not apply to Custom Sized or Full Custom Sets. Nails must be unused and free of residue and debris in order to be eligible for a replacement.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A SET FROM THE

Yes. In order to customize one of the sets you see on our site, order a Full Custom Set and put the name of the reference set in the text box. We will reach out to you to get the exact changes/designs you would like within 2 hours.
